An Original Artisan full blend of Jamaican Jerk spices! Full of flavour and plenty of heat.
Use as little or as much as you like, depending on your heat levels.
When it is cooked, the mellow flavours blend with the subtle heat for a truly great taste.
Rub into your favourite Meats, Fish, Vegetables or Tofu, leave for a couple of hours or overnight and cook in the oven or BBQ.

Onion, Spring Onion, Red Scotch Bonnet Chilli Peppers (8%), Vinegar (Sodium MetaSulphite), Brown Sugar, Lime Juice (Potassium MetaSulphite), Garlic Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Allspice, Ground Ginger, Thyme, Salt, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Powder.

"Love love love the Jamaican jerk marinade. You must try it. First came across this product at a food festival and liked it enough to buy it. Then used it at home on pork and fish and realised we loved it. Have now introduced it to family who report its great on chicken.
